What is Kundalini Yoga?

This yoga uses movement, sound current, breath & meditation to relax, recharge & heal the mind and body. Each class may include simple physical movement, sound techniques (mantra), and deep body rest. You can balance the nervous and immune systems while improving strength and flexibility, center the mind and open the spirit. Kundalini Yoga is a unique, powerful practice to enhance your life.
