Teachers of One Heart Yoga

Linda Alderman

Linda is a Kundalini Research Institute Certified Yoga Instructor.

She has been a health professional for 30 years and has taught yoga and meditation classes for 6 years.

Linda's classes aim to facilitate health, balance, peace, and connectedness in people's lives.

She has taught classes at the Hewlett Packard Oasis Fitness Center, the Clara-Mateo Alliance Homeless Shelter, O'Connor Hospital Center for Integrative Medicine and the Stanford University Health Improvement Program. She also completed the Yoga of the Heart's Cardiac Teacher training program with Nischala Joy Devi, former director of stress management at Dr. Dean Ornish's Heart Disease Reversal Program. Currently she teaches classes at the Oak Creek Apartment complex near Stanford University and offers private sessions in stress management yoga. Linda is a member of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association and the International Yoga Therapy Association. She is also a certified BreathWalk instructor.

Olivia Wang

Olivia is a Kundalini Research Institute Certified Yoga Instructor since 2001. She has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for 12 years. Her other interests are Tai-Chi, Breathwalk, Reiki Tummo and energy healing.
