Olivia Wang
Olivia
(Hari Jap Kaur)
is a Kundalini
Research Institute Certified Yoga Instructor since 2001. She has been
practicing Kundalini Yoga for 12 years.
Olivia's other interests are Tai-Chi, Breathwalk, Reiki Tummo and energy healing.
Siri Amrit Kaur
Siri Amrit Kaur is a Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor since 1995 and
has been practicing Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan since the
early 1980’s.
She is also a Level III Sat Nam Rasayan Candidate and has
been practicing Sat Nam Rasayan since 1997.
Rama Kaur
Amar Kaur
Amar Kaur has been
practicing Kundalini Yoga for over nine years. In 2007 she completed her
220 hour KRI Teacher Training at Yoga West, in Vancouver BC, a Yoga
Alliance school. Outside the studio, Amar is a doctoral student who
enjoys nature, music, and studying natural healing modalities.
Amar inspires everyone to vibrate their inner peace into everyday life.
She enjoys using mantra and meditation to harmonize mind, body, &
spirit. One of her favorite Yogi Bhajan quotes, "We
live not by the thoughts in our head, but by the beat of our heart."
